Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and official holidays. Tracking numbers will be sent to your registered email once your parcel ships out.
Free Shipping Threshold
- United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $65
- Middle East countries: Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
- All other regions: Calculated shipping rate displayed at checkout automatically

- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 8–15 business days
- Australia & Oceania regions: 10–20 business days
Important Customs & Duty Notice
All import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes, brokerage charges incurred during international delivery shall be borne solely by the buyer. We will not be responsible for parcel detention, return or extra charges caused by local customs regulations.
