• Avoid liquid contact: Natural gemstones are not waterproof. Please do not wear the jewelry while showering, swimming, bathing, or soaking in water. Long-term water exposure will affect the natural luster and internal texture of gemstones, causing dullness and moisture erosion.
• Keep away from chemicals: Perfume, body lotion, skincare products, hand sanitizer, detergent, sweat, and other chemical substances will erode the surface and internal texture of natural gemstones. Please wear your jewelry after finishing makeup and skincare to protect the stone’s natural luster.
• Prevent collision and friction: Natural crystals and gemstones have certain hardness limits. Avoid strong collision, extrusion, and friction with hard objects to prevent stone cracking, chipping, or surface scratches.
• Avoid long-term sun exposure: Prolonged direct sunlight and high-temperature environments may cause slight color fading of natural stones and accelerate metal aging, please store and wear them properly.

3. Cleaning & Maintenance Methods

• Daily cleaning: After each wear, gently wipe the surface of natural gemstones with a clean, dry, soft cotton cloth to remove surface sweat, dust, and oil stains, which can effectively maintain the original luster and texture of the stones.
• Prohibited cleaning tools: Do not use tissue paper, rough cloth, alcohol, disinfectant, or professional cleaning solutions to clean the jewelry. Rough textures will scratch the surface of gemstones, and chemical solutions will cause permanent damage to natural stone texture and luster.
• Regular maintenance: If the gemstone becomes slightly dull after long-term wear, simply wipe it gently with a soft flannel. Do not polish it vigorously to avoid damaging the natural stone surface.

4. Professional Storage Rules

• Independent storage: Each piece of ROVESSA jewelry is equipped with a recycled cardboard gift box and soft cotton pouch. Please store the jewelry independently in the original packaging to avoid friction and scratching between different jewelry pieces.
• Dry and ventilated environment: Store jewelry in a dry, cool, and ventilated place, avoiding humid environments such as bathrooms and closed damp cabinets, to prevent metal oxidation and mildew.
• Long-term storage: If you do not wear the jewelry for a long time, please put it in a sealed reusable storage bag to isolate air and moisture, effectively protecting the natural texture and luster of gemstones from damp damage.
